Fluoro polymer linings

Fluoro-polymer coatings are produced with the most innovative technology, parting the bonded layer (with a thickness of 2-5mm) with a vacuum process and butt welding. We also carry out linings on metallic supports, in PVDF, ECTFE ad PTFE with powder application and oven polymerisation. Fluoropolymer linings are anti-adherent, and in fact impede the adherence of those products which by nature tend to adhere to metallic surface. They have a low friction coefficient, a low adhesion with excellent anti-adherent properties, excellent resistance to heat and to wear and tear, and a good electric resistance. Some fluoropolymers are suitable for contact with foodstuffs. They are very frequently used in the dietary and chemical industries, where they can improve industrial processes.
